A Marketplace link does not open
A link to a Marketplace service or partner can show an error instead of the page. Usually the service or partner is gone, or the link is incomplete. Your account and settings are fine.
You then see a message and a Marketplace button that opens the catalog. The table below lists each case and what to do.

Still stuck
Section titled “Still stuck”Send comrce support the link you opened and the time you opened it. Add a screenshot of the message. Support can check whether the service or partner is currently listed in the Marketplace and whether the link is complete.
